  1. LOL...You think this is how all Japanese realtors are...u living in Disney World land? I've seen many videos of Japanese just the opposite. Of course he's 100% honest..he's on video putting on his best face. Plus look at the cost of homes compared to their size. If you're claustrophobic don't go to Japan unless your a millionaire. Rents? $400 a/month for an apartment 1/6th the size of my GARAGE, NO BATHROOM, A/C and dilapidated, dirty. Not counting all the other negatives associated with Japan. These comments make me laugh thinking Japan is some sort of utopia.
