@josie6291 Brushing after eating is fine but you need to wait 30-60 minutes for the acids to neutralize first. The most important as stated in the video is your diet and eliminating sugars. People expect dentist and doctors will lead you down the right path...FORGET IT...either they don't know or care since they'll lose business. YOU need to educate yourself.

@elledix3575 And how do YOU know this, do you live in Italy, 'cause I never heard Italians have bad dental hygiene, but it's common knowledge Brits do. IT'S STATED BY THE BRITS IN THIS VIDEO!! You based your thesis on 2 Italians you know??

@elledix3575 BTW, Italy is ranked #1 or #2 in categories of healthcare, AND most healthy people. Italy is virtually the only country still using a Bidet, cleaning their rears with water, soap after defecation, in between showers. And I don't know any Italians who brush or bath once a week So your story hardly holds water and is pure fantasy.

@elledix3575 They exist in Italy only not to the extent you claim and less than the majority of countries. Nah the best thing about Italy is it's #1 ranking in world history achievements and top 10 ranking in virtually every category you can name of history and today...only not bad teeth🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@nisar6339 Your gums need nutrients, especially Vit C. I'm sure you're getting ulcers because of eating the wrong foods and poor diet. You MUST eat un refined carbs, plenty of protein, minimal or NO refined sugar as that will make gums/teeth MUCH WORSE. Get a Nutri-Bullet blender and blend your fruits and vegetables, then eat with spoon or drink, you will get all the vitamins, fiber
