But I'll address the first part: LOL, the English loanword "anime" means Japanese animation whether you like it or not. The Japanese word "アニメ" (pronounced "Anime") means exactly what you said: any form of animation from anywhere . Words evolve. That's it. Nothing complicated. Full stop.

All the data literally points to the fact that the current central government at least is garbage. But I agree with the general idea that a central government making wise national economic decisions is what India needs. The current government is unfit to do that.
