  15. Yeah, rush hour high passenger density a is always one downside of any metropolitan city railway like Tokyo's. But I've wondered about it...will building more routes and trains solve it or will the problem just keep spreading to newly built trains too? Kinda like how building new roads to ease traffic in a road just shifts the traffic to the newly built road in a matter of weeks?
