@CBaboon Thats not true, you dont celebrate these traditions as pagan traditions. You celebrate them now as Christian tradtiions, that in and of itself is an important distinction. You wont celebrate something pagan actively, no, you wont. Secondly, the idea of Easter is to simply celebrate the resurrection. DIfferent cultures around thr world celebrate this resurrection differently, in india we christians celebrate easter than how europeans may do based on some pagan inspiration but the core idea remains the same: He has Risen.
