I think if Tarantino wanted to make another movie based on his wet fantasy of white neckbeard beats an Asian guy....he should be able to. Indians have to satisfy a lot of criteria than their counterparts when it comes to working with a work visa or something in the US. So, only the best Indians are present in the US, which is why they dominate a lot of the fields.
