"I'm not weak" Immediately bursts into tears

He would have been better off saying he balled up and covered his face and head and that's why he didn't receive many injuries. He really didn't think out how someone really reacts in those situations. Two large guys bearing on you? Most people would either try to run or at least put their arms up around their head. Very few people can effectively fight back against two much larger attackers

23:00 that was when Don Lemon gave him advice not to let the cops search his phone.

@abbery9202 It's impossible for that gun to go off without pulling the trigger

He'll be doing movies with Nicolas Cage and Bruce Willis after he gets out of jail

@abbery9202 You're mistaken
1
@abbery9202 Yeah you are. It's impossible for the gun to go off without having pulled the trigger. It will stop at the safety notch and/or halfcock.
1
@abbery9202 Is that what he claimed happened? No, it isn't. Alec claims, with finger off the trigger, he was slowly pulling back the hammer. He claimed his thumb slipped off of the spur and the hammer went forward, firing the gun. That's impossible. Unless the trigger is already pulled, the hammer will stop before engaging the firing pin. Alec Baldwin is not claiming that the hammer was hit hard. In fact he claims the opposite. How can you maintain your opinion when you're the only person talking about the hammer being struck? He's not saying that happened.
1
@abbery9202 Just search "single action revolver Alec Baldwin" and about 50 videos will show you that what Baldwin is saying happened is impossible
1
@abbery9202 Again, you're arguing for something that Baldwin himself is saying did NOT happen. Are you trying to say he dropped the gun? If not, what are you talking about? Nobody, and I mean nobody's is claiming that the gun was dropped or hit. Do you get that? Get either of those ideas out of your head and throw them away. Baldwin claims that his finger never pulled the trigger and that his thumb slipped off of the hammer and it fired. That's it. That's what he said happened. Period. It's impossible for that to happen. He had to have pulled the trigger on that gun at some point for it to fire. All this about dropping the gun is nonsense. Most likely, he was shooting the gun while filming the movie by fanning the hammer a lot. It looks good on film and it's fast. He probably just did that out of habit without thinking. In firearms training we call it a training scar. He had the trigger back out of habit as he pulled back the hammer and it fired. By the way, you're using the term misfire incorrectly. That's when the gun FAILS to fire when you pull the trigger. That didn't happen. The gun did exactly what it was designed to do and went off just fine. It was a negligent discharge, not a misfire.
1
@abbery9202 So now you're not claiming it was hit or dropped? What "pins" are in that gun? Have you ever actually handled a single action colt revolver? What on earth are you talking about? What "pins"?
1
@abbery9202 Again, you've never actually handled one of these, let alone disassembled one. Yet, you're going to assume there's "pins holding the hammer". What are you talking about? What pins? That's not how this gun works. There are no "pins". You have no clue.
1
@abbery9202 I don't think he fired the gun on purpose. I don't think he loaded the gun, and that he trusted whoever gave him the gun that it was loaded with dummy rounds. He did, however, fire that gun. I think it was due to him not understanding the gun and getting to complacent. He understands the gun as much as you do.
