He wasn't complying. She was telling him to stop and get on his knees. Did you see him doing that?

The dude was on PCP, stopped his car in the middle of the road, was staggering around, refused to speak or obey commands, and walked back to his vehicle. This is a tutorial on how to get shot. Class dismissed.

@Fhall0ween His race is irrelevant. I'd say the same thing if he was an other race

@mishkosimonovski23 You're one of those guys who thinks Russia is winning 🤣🤣🤣

@gabejm8617 The javelin teams are on quad bikes. Faster than tanks and hard to detect and target. Javelin has a 4km max range. That's much further than a Russian tank gun can effectively engage

@gabejm8617 Yeah those are the biggest threat. Their AAA needs to be knocked out with drone strikes and then the mobile artillery can be targeted. They're unarmored and give off a huge firing signature. It you can get a general firing position ID'd, switchback 600s teams in light vehicle teams can launch against them. Don't need an airfield, a flight team, multimillion dollar planes, etc., to conduct airstrikes anymore.

It wasn't stalled. The engine was running. He was high on PCP and this is where he decided to park and take a stumble around the highway.

@JayB934txs It's not a stalled vehicle. Do facts not matter anymore? The cops were called because there was a madman in the road.

@Fhall0ween It was wrong to shoot him, but he was on PCP. Have you ever seen what a violent person on PCP can do?

@theoo149 "Autopsy results released by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner indicated that Terence Crutcher had "acute phencyclidine (PCP) intoxication" at the time of the shooting. The report stated that Crutcher had 96 nanograms per milliliter of PCP in his blood at the time of death.[25] The report also indicated that tenocyclidine (TCP), a psychostimulant and hallucinogen which is more potent than PCP, was present."

They could produce a Booker II as a companion vehicle with a Bushmaster 2 30mm auto cannon, a coax 3 barreled . 50 cel GAU-19, with a multi-use short range radar that's integrated with an active protection system. Deploy one per platoon. That's how the Germans deployed their Wiesel armored vehicles. Usually 3 20mm carriers, and 1 tow carrier.
