This girl lives in absolute luxury that only comes from oil.

The moment you chase someone down , you can't claim self defense
22
I think they'll be found guilty. They chased him, just like Kyle's attackers.
11
@20alphabet No. Police are paid to chase down criminals. You can shoot a burglar breaking into your home, but you can't chase him through the neighborhood. The McMichaels were a threat to him for the same reason Rosenbaum, Huber, Freeland, and Grosskreutz we're a threat to Kyle.

@curtismoore2730 The woman he's screaming at is American
7
The dude acted like an idiot
6
@curtismoore2730 Is Arkansas in America or not? She has an American accent
5
I saw a woman call the cops on McDonald's for running out of Mcnuggets
5
They are very confussd
4
@CoercedJab And you can't claim self defense chasing someone
3
@stevenfoxer947 Yeah. It was even a tighter situation than that. A police officer only needs probable cause to pursue a suspect. For citizens arrest, they need to have direct knowledge. That means they had to have caught him in the act. He had already ran for over a block before he ran by their house. It's possible that if they had actually seen him stealing from the property, they would have gotten a different verdict.
3
If Rittenhouse had been killed by his attackers like Arbery was, I'd be saying the same thing about his attackers.
3
Exactly
3
That's not what happened to Goldsmith. He was my roommate in the army. Kris faked a suicide to get out of our '07 deployment. He was discharged for malingering.
3
@dimshadow148 But she actually espouses communism, so....
3
That's a woman?!?

Wakanda citizens
2
@r2dxhate Based on the same principal. These guys are guilty
2
@curious1053 Yes
2
@stevenfoxer947 Yeah, because they didn't have direct knowledge. The judge rules that both parts of the law had to apply, instead of just probable cause. It really came down to that decision. If he had interpreted the law as differentiating between misdemeanors (first part), felonies (second), then the verdict might have been different.

Too late, I'd say
2
You do this in the US, antifa will show up with baseball bats and start beating people
2
So the guy in the white commits assault in front of a cop and then tries to get the cop to shoot another black man by saying he has an illegal gun under his truck seat. What a POS
2
We all know who those certain people are
2
He's a complete coward
2
Yeah, it's not as if we have people espousing totalitarian control over ever aspect of your life, or something
2
Just say "no thanks, I don't want to join a cult today_
2
He might be a worse candidate than Cenk Uygar

@kencur9690 CNN- June 13, 2017 "We've all been there at one point or another. Stressed, stomach grumbling, starting to get a little hangry. Sometimes the need for some nugs becomes a dire emergency. So when a woman in Waco, Texas, didn't get her McNuggets fast enough, she figured her most reasonable option was to call 911. The customer was angry McDonald's was taking too long to cook the nuggets and wanted to get them for free, Waco police said. She was so angry, in fact, that she parked in the drive-thru lane and refused to budge." Can't make this amount of entitlement up

Lady, lady, lady, lady

Looks like it was the father that caused the kid trauma
1
Blacks at it again
1
Yes. She's still a democrat. She's never changed her policies or opinions. She's authentic and isn't falling to media lies. I support her even though I'm conservative
1
Notice all the rising prices? You and I are paying for this
1
Safe to say he's guilty
1
Nah, they'll cheat. Don't think that has ended
1
@PharaohsNews The charging handle is permanently affixed to the side of the bolt. You can look down and see it's not there. I was in Iraq with Kris in '05. A couple of guys did remove the bolts while the Iraqis were asleep on guard as a joke, but returned it to them once we called their NCO up to show them they were sleeping. Nobody threw anything off of the roof. He just plain lied.
1
And Biden said the story is garbage. He lies so easily
1
That was awesome!!! Great job, young man!!!
1
The prosecutor is pretending all those other cases are the same. As if some woman raped and stabbed to death is the exact same as these guys chasing and trying to kill someone and getting shot for it. The first care, yes she is a victim. The second, no. They were chasing the victim and paid the price. If the murdered woman had been able to produce a weapon and kills the rapist, we don't start calling him the victim.
1
That's not true
1
Not on my watch, cupcake
1
@Bryan_Kay They chased him. The citizens arrest claim has already been proven false. They're as guilty as Kyle's attackers are
1
@juststop022 Nobody is defending Arbery. We're defending the right of self defense. Arbery had that right when they started chasing him with guns. It's funny how much I got attacked over the last year for saying the same thing about Rittenhouse. They were both being chased and defended themselves.
1
He did lie. I was there in Iraq with him in '05. When the FBI interrogated him over this, he claimed he "misremembered"
1
@PharaohsNews Nah. I served with Goldsmith. We both came from middle class backgrounds. Most of our company did. The poor guys get supply and cook jobs. Most of the fighting is done by middle class kids that want adventure and a challenge. Goldsmith faked a suicide to get out of the '07 deployment and was thrown out over it. He's never told the truth in his life.
1
So she trained 2 kids to be violent criminals and is surprised at the results?
1
"crime is caused by poverty" Lol
