  1.  @the_mowron  i remeber years ago watching a documentary showing they shy away from intelligent men entering the force, here in my country we have to have atleast a year 12 pass whatever that equates to in the USA , here year 12 is the last year of highschool at 17yrs of age.

  3.  @georgehenderson7783  well thats societies fault , as we have seen in parts of your country for decades, IF society started living right ie no lying, stealing. baring false wittness, screwing around. murdering etc your prisons would almost be empty, youd be safe in society , its not the fault of the police its the fault of a morally bankrupt society, being a cop would not be worth it in your part of the world, you need politicians with the balls to truly clean up society not make excuses and be enablers of criminal behaviour as seen not so long ago ,ofcourse an election was comming up ,so it was a political tactic to garner votes, never let a crisis go to waste. once we admired the USA but that was decades ago all we have now is saddness knowing its over for the USA.
