All we can do is learn our natural wild foods, herbs/medicines and bushcraft etc etc , you can be prepared but in this modern heavily populated world its getting harder in the case of a catastrophe. IF society could become community spirited once again instead of dog eat dog it would be easier, like the great depression of the 30's people had morals, the next depression will not be as easy criminally speaking.

  18. i like evs Because remember the global oil crisis in the 70's when the saudis cracked the shits with the US , now we have iran etc . new battery technology is on its way , having said that a conventional engine can run on "pure" hydrogen which is made from pure water and electricity, on ther other hand ive built many hho cells they work amazing on old school deisels in terms of getting a far cleaner burn therfore far better mileage and an increase in power from a PUNY amount of hho gas and stuff all amps from the alternator , ive never done it for money just personal use and for close frinds, some guys they talk total bs about the law of thermal dynamics yet "Totally" disregarding the fact petrol and deisel are not completely burnt in the engine yet with a little hho or hydrogen the emissions testing equipment shows a significant improvement in the burn, that my two cents with a decade playing with hho.   56. theyre cheaper in my opinion , extremely easy and much less time to repair and they can get reasonable fuel economy tuned correctly. if you put a hho cell on them , exhaust temp gauge then lean the main jet you get really good effeciency and a little more power and runs a little cooler , been there and done it many times.

In this day and age of throw away cars , internal combustion engine being phrased out, a technician is the best bet a mechanic not so much , remembering where and who our oil come from and how an oil crisis could crush our economies overnight , depending on the whims of our overseas suppliers and other factors.
