  27. Illinois doesn't check IDs or look at your voter registration card. In fact every time I've gone they tell me they aren't allowed to ask for it why in the hell they send it out is beyond me. The only way they know that I am who I am is they glance at my signature that day compared to something they have on file and they asked me if I still live at my address. My signature changes depending on the day with my rheumatoid arthritis and asking someone and telling the address that they are supposed to be at anyone could vote as someone else Pretty easily in Illinois
