We've had US troops on the ground in Ukraine since at least 2014 and I would wager a hell of a lot longer if I had to guess. There's a reason Obama and Biden helped stage a coup and overthrew the democratically elected government in Ukraine in 2014 because they've been planning this proxy war with Russia for a very long time.
