Teachers should not be getting the vaccine before vulnerable populations of people, especially when in a lot of states the teachers aren't even going back to the classroom this year and they've decided to be remote for the rest of the school year. Study after study has shown that kids are not good transmitters of this virus and most teachers are young and healthy, so why in the hell should they get preferential treatment above the people we've been told to protect the whole time? They shouldn't

Most teachers are young and healthy and aren't going to have any major complications or die if they get the virus and skipping over the most vulnerable population that everyone has been told to protect this whole time is absolutely asinine

  6. Because it is safe to send the kids back to school and teachers do not need the vaccine first. Kids are not good transmitters of this virus which study after study has shown already and most teachers are young and healthy so why in the hell should they go first with limited vaccine available instead of the vulnerable populations everyone's been told to protect this whole time? there are a lot of schools that have been open this whole time with no problems teachers need to go back to school and kids need to be there
