  1. Unfortunately it doesn't matter because they will all be voted through with the Democrats in the majority. They've already stated their goal is to put diverse, activist judges on the bench and that is exactly what they are doing. They don't give a shit if they're qualified or not as long as they go along with their progressive Marxist agenda. That being said, this guy is not nearly as bad as all the rest of them from what I can tell.
