Actually Rand Paul is doing it because he is evil and corrupt and should have been gone a long time ago for his role in preventing treatment for AIDS related pneumonia with bactrim and for experimenting, maiming and killing foster kids, along with people and babies of South Africa during HIV/AIDS along with many other crimes against humanity.
