  1. If it wasn't unconstitutional the only argument that should be made is the fact that the shots do not prevent contracting or transmitting the virus and they never will. If this passes it just sets the precedent for more and more infringements and endless booster shots. New York is already mandating that their healthcare workers receive a booster and Illinois is going to be on their backs I'm sure and as a nurse in Illinois I can guarantee you it ain't happening.
