The ACA did nothing to change healthcare for those who get Medicaid but it jacked up insurance premiums by 600% for those of us who actually have to pay for them while giving us even less coverage after sky high deductible and out of pocket expenses. That's how they are making sure the so-called poor people get health care is by making the middle class pay more for Medicaid. How about having some requirements for Medicaid instead of just allowing anyone to go on it who doesn't need it? How about making sure our health care systems aren't monopolized by the insurance companies big pharma and the freaking federal government? There's a damn idea. You want to make sure everyone has affordable health care get the damn government out of it.
