  3. Dick Durbin is another useless Illinois representative. He knows damn well that our crime in Chicago would be a hell of a lot less if they kept criminals in jail where they are supposed to be instead of reducing charges and letting them back out to commit the same crimes over and over again. Quit trying to punish while abiding citizens and infringing on our constitutional rights.
