There is a reason the amendments are written in the order they are written And that is so if the first amendment is infringed upon by an overreaching government we have the second amendment to remind them we don't put up with tyrannical governments. Now is anyone actually going to use their second amendment in order to do that? Doubtful but we still have a right to keep and bear arms regardless of who likes them or doesn't like them.
