  1. It's not tied to employment, Medicaid is available to anyone who needs it and hospitals have always had indigent care. People on Medicaid have horrible healthcare for the most part with atrocious wait times for any sort of specialist and they usually have to drive to the next city over. The hell if government needs to be involved in any more of the American citizens lives.
