  1. It would have been past if they would have amended it to take out I believe it was discretionary spending that went above the amount allotted or something like that. It was a simple fix but the Democrats didn't want to do it.

The Republicans wanted to pass the bill but the Democrats like to hide shit inside of bills that gives them more money should they want it for something totally unrelated And it would have been passed last night if they would have taken that tiny little part out. I'm pretty sure no one wants to deny any care to our veterans, especially conservatives. They don't get the care they actually deserve after volunteering their lives for a bunch of warm-mongering hypocritical corrupt fools.
