  1. No one with a functional frontal cortex who loves this country and the constitution would ever claim it was a living document. "A living Constitution changes an essential dynamic. Legislation no longer comes solely from the Legislature, but from the courts, which have no business making law. The rights of the individual take a back seat to the greater good and whatever is deemed as how things ought to be."
