  1. Kind of like all of the private insurance plans now only pay 80% of covered charges after sky high out of pocket and deductible amounts are met on top of the sky high premiums. It's absolutely ridiculous

  2. No it doesn't It would raise the cost of health care and lower the quality. These people are delusional. Oh and all public hospitals have to take everyone who presents with a medical problem regardless of their ability to pay that's why we have indigent care that's why the rest of us that do pay end up paying more and more.
