@gregb2680 Yeah apparently you've never purchased a firearm in Illinois because we have some of the most insane damn gun laws here and you have to jump through freaking hoops before you can even buy ammo or touch a firearm you have to apply for a freaking license to do so And then the CCW requires multiple days of classroom and range qualification and a lot of fees. The problem in Chicago are gangs and those are illegal damn guns They are using usually bought by one of their girlfriends who doesn't have a criminal background but they are paying a hell of a lot more than 50 bucks for them I can guarantee that.
