Now we know where the money for all these pet projects and the vaccine Lotto is coming from...🙄 But it will still come out of the taxpayers' pockets because we all know Illinois is broke and they don't know how to use funds properly. The state has been run by Democrats for I believe 80 years now and people are fleeing left and right.
