The full statement from William Barr was that the fraud investigations are civil not federal and that what he has seen come across his desk does not show any widespread evidence which is absolutely true until those civil cases are done there can't be any federal charges They have to have hardcore evidence and something on the federal level and Sydney Powell just said that they will get all of that to the department of Justice soon.
