  2. United Healthcare didn't deny my medically-needed surgery and biopsy to remove a growth suspected ti be cancerous (itcwas/is). Again, they did not deny rhe surgery...They denied the pre-approval for the the anesthesia/anesthesiologist. Apparently,, i have a strong enough tolerance to pain to stay awake 2hile an entire organ is removed
