If the votes are not been determined on the 14th, then there are other procedures that happen regarding 01/06. Once the EV are accepted on the 14th, EVERYTHING after that is merely ceremonial. If the 50 states and DC confirm their state's on Dec 14, the VP does NOT have the authority to override them on 01/06. The 64 emergency petitions filed by Guiliani, Powell, and Lin Wood were all settled by that date, as well. If the BS you've been fed by 2000 Mules and Faux Noise was accurate, Gore would have NEVER conceded to Bush. He would have simply rejected the votes on 01/06.

@MayfaireOquinn1210 I think he's confusing it with Dec 14. After receipt of the EV from the states on Dec 14, anything after that is ceremonial.

4:50 Excellent point. If Congress shores up the electoral confirmation on 01/06 by the VP, it may be construed as being ambiguous before lending credence to the plan by Trump & minions.
