  1. Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, and Leticia James doing what AG Garland won't! Biden NEEDS to have garland resign.... replacing him with Jack Smith or Glenn Kirschner would certainly help us all believe that "Justice Matters" at the DOJ.

  2. Apparently, Garland has a personal policy of not indicting anyone who has ever been elected to federal office... At least, that explains why garland chose to indict Bannon and Navarro but not Meadows and Scavino. All 4 received the same Congressional referral for criminal contempt of Congress, but the latter two were not indicted AND they've both been elected to Congress in the past.

  4.  Begodecrashtestdummy   Grand juries are NOT required to hear exculpatory evidence, nor do they. That's why there's no defense attorneys present, even in liberal NY. A grand jury with indictment powers simply hear the basics of a case and then, they decide IF there's enough evidence to show a crime MIGHT have been committed. GJs are not trials. I realize you think you know all about the law from your personal experience, but get back to me when you've spent 3 years in law school and have become licensed in at least one state. BTW, Bragg did allow Trump to present rebuttal witnesses, including trump himself. Trump literally declined to testify and asked (and was granted) if Costello could testify for him. Bragg did not have any legal obligations to allow this, but he did.

  5. I wish that were true, but it's not. Any former president and for some reason, especially Trump, will be given every possible legal break.
