@shari9721 Until the news that Trump stole classified documents, I was unaware that elected officials do NOT go through any type of background check for a security clearance. When I was working with different senators (I was not at the Capitol), my colleagues and I were required to have a rolling 10 year security clearance performed by the FBI even though we did not work with classified documents at all. A candidate who wants to run for federal office should be required to receive an FBI approved security clearance at the same level required by a member of the military accessing similarly classified documents. At the very least, before a member of Congress can be on certain committees, like those dealing with oversight, foreign policy, etc, the member should be required to pass and receive an appropriate security clearance. Knowing it may jeopardize a party by not having seats on certain committees unless passing a background checks, would mean that both parties would put up only quality candidates. Obviously, a potential POTUS candidate should be able to pass the highest level clearance AND anyone working in the WH with access to documents, esp senior advisors, should, too... WITHOUT the POTUS being able to approve and override someone who is unable to pass the checks for clearance.

@snowkracker I have to assume that almost every comment on this video was made by someone under 15yrs old. You're one exception. Hospitals don't even know how to treat the withdrawals because the medication protocol for easing opioid, benzo and alcohol withdrawals are not effective on tianeptine (gas station heroin), and I've seen a couple of patients in ICU withdrawing from it. It definitely looks worse than heroin w/d and last MUCH longer than a few days. The chemical, tianeptine sodium/sulfate, comes from China and imported into the US. It's allowed through customs because it's labeled as a "Research Only" chemical but is not approved for human or livestock.use. The FDA does NOT considered it a "supplement" like other unregulated substances, such as melatonin. There is no industrial chemical application for it, either. So, there's no legitimate use, even for research, but the way the FDA regulations are set up, importing it is legal. However, re-selling it, especially in capsule form, in the US is illegal. From what I've read, the gas stations that sell it are often in more rural areas at mom and pop owned stations. I think many of the owners that agree to put it on their shelves simply aren't savvy enough to understand someone is producing the bottles of pills from the raw material in their garage.

Perhaps, if Andrew Jackson had honored and not obstructed the 40 acres and a mule agreement at the start of US Reconstruction, black farmers would currently make up for more than 1.3% of all US farmers. Given the history of the US, if Jackson had not obstructed the 40 acres legislation, there's no doubt that black farmers would outnumber white farmers today.
There were so many actions by local, state and the federal gov't officials that corrupted the seemingly positive actions of US Reconstruction, that it's not a puzzle why racism has flourished in the US. Hell, the top officials, including the governors, in southern states secretly designed an anti-black propaganda campaign to support and keep their Prisoner-Leasing programs running. They needed more prisoners to lease out as laborers, particularly for coal mining companies, at a rate of $9 per month because abolishment of slavery from Emancipation left nearly every company and plantation without a workforce. State government designed propaganda to portray strong, young black men as predisposed to criminality in an effort to prompt many white people to fear black men. Which prompted whites to report black men to police officers for violating newly enacted and ridiculous vagrancy and loitering laws. The more than were reported, the more prisoners available to lease out for $9 a month and fill the state coffers. Prisoners that were leased out were treated more harshly and their health was neglected because unlike having slaves, companies didn't care if a prison labor was severely injured or died from the working conditions, esp in mines, b/c they'd just get a replacement prisoner at no additional charge. Our state governments in the south worked hard on their propaganda to generate the narrative that all black people were criminals and a danger to whites. It's similar to Tucker Carlson's ridiculous "Replacement Theory" agenda that has convinced millions of Fox viewers to be suspicious of black people and other minorities in the US. Our govt did it first and now the govt is being complicit by allowing right-wing news outlets, like Fox, to continue promoting it.
Sorry for the long post, but this makes my blood pressure rise and sometimes I have to get it out. Lol

As I understand it, the "gas station heroin" is tianeptine sodium/sulfate, and the physical addiction takes hold in 3 days with withdrawals a good bit worse than heroin and lasting at full intensity for at least 11 days . W/d may be longer than 11 days, but that was as long as any subject in the literature was able to endure before re-dosing. The main ingredient, tianeptine, is prescribed in a few countries and was first patented in France to treat depression. The standard dosage is 12.5mg tablet taken 2-3 times per day. At this does no euphoria/high is experienced. However, the chemical is being purchased in bulk (loose powder) from China and redistributed, usually by individuals out of their homes using on-line sales. The initial dosing to experience the euphoria is 7-10 times the prescribed dose. Physical addiction is very quick, and with horrific withdrawals beginning after just a few days of use, in a matter of 2-3 weeks, users are taking up to 1000+ times more than the prescribed daily dosage. The euphoria is no longer felt but due to the intensity of the withdrawals, users are unable to wean/taper the amount used to fully stop taking the drug themselves. Unfortunately, it hasn't been studied with regards to recovery/rehabilitation, so, rehabilitation centers, including those medocally-assisted, do not have guidelines or protocol to specifically treat it. There have been several suicides associated with victims being unable to endure the withdrawals.
From the accounts of individuals regarding their experiences, it sounds like a horrific drug and possibly even more problematic than heroin.
As for Tranq, the side effects sound similar to "Krocodile", an illicit drug made from gasoline and prevalent in Russia and parts of Eastern Europe. It, too, rots tissue/muscle/skin, and users develop gaping open, divot-like wounds on the body often exposing the underlying bone.
