  2. Easy. He won't do any town halls. I see this as no different than lying on an employment app, but you were hired before your app info was confirmed. The boss learns of your lies and fires you before you even start your first day. Santos was elected and hasn't started yet. There should be a special election operated like a run-off between the two candidates to see if the bosses (voters) still want to hire him.
