  1. Acts of god like a drought are one thing. This is another. How can there be a big enough leak to cut water to tens of thousands of homes but they haven't been able to locate the leak after 4 days? The state was given $480 million in federal money specifically towards replacing the water system in Jackson, but the governor threw 1/10 of the money to Jackson and spent the rest of the $440 million elsewhere 8n the state. Jackson is 78% black. I'm sure that has nothing to do with it. 🙄
