  1.  @shakazulu3594  Trump DIDN'T declassify them. So that point is not relevant to this case. In addition, a president cannot declassify a document WHILE president, take the document and keep it after becoming a civilian, and then classify it again before returning it. That's not how it works, and I'm sure you know this. Additionally, the 3 federal codes noted in the warrant are all Title 18 and 18 is all criminal AND they apply to ALL documents -- both classified and declassified. Thus, silencing the any argument revolving around whether or not he declassified them.
