When the majority of Americans are suffering financially from Trump and become outraged, as heavily armed as America is, Trump will have to confiscate civilian firearms because he won't be able to safely appear in public without doing it. . Project 2025 and the tech bros/Yarvin have provisions for this by declaring a national emergency and invoking the Insurrection Act, which suspends the Constitution, including the 2A. I wonder how Maga 2A nutters are going to frame giving up their 2A right for Trump. The Insurrection Act gives a POTUS the ability to use US military troops against citizens inside the US.   3. ​ @bewrite6120  Won't happen. No matter any judge's ruling in a lower court is going to be appealed to the SCOTUS. Now, if SCOTUS rules against Trump and Elon and they choose to not follow the SCOTUS ruling, the SCOTUS will make themselves unneeded. Therefore, the SCOTUS is going to have a 5-4 in Trump's favor and they'll give a contorted explanation as to why he's right.

However, the tech bros want zero govt agencies to exist. What they've been doing is a combination of Project 2025's plan and the Russel Yarvin/Peter Thiel/tech bros plan. The latter is winning this far because they have all of the money. They're planning on no constitution, no elections, no Congress, no judiciary.
