@steeldriver1776 BTW, the members of Congress discussed whether a conviction was needed before voting on 14A. The congressional record indicates they discussed it and decided a criminal conviction was NOT needed. Do a little research.

@kainuscorevax3875 Judge Gorshuch actually stated in a prior opinion that "states have the sole authority to decide which candidates may appear on their respective ballots., ". Let's see if his " states's rights" holds up once more. Republicans are such hypocrites, that I doubt it.
