  1. Didn't know that. However, Tacopina represented a J6 defendant that was charged with violence against Officer Sicknick, and Tacopina's defense for his client was to blame Trump. He said the defendant was simply following an order by the President and it should be Trump, not his client, who should be on trial for causing J6. Now, he's representing Trump.
