@ChrisDevlinMusic Oh, absolutely!! Just like he claimed in the E. Jean Carroll case that he didn't get to tell his side of things to the jury. His followers conveniently ignore that the judge in that case extended the trial especially for Trump to change his mind about testifying.

@davidbrisbane7206 This isn't going to delay what Willis is doing. It will delay things if, IF, the SC decides to hear the pleadings, but it's very unlikely that they will. I think Trump is signaling to the GOP GA Legislature to use a recent law they passed that allows them to remove any Georgia prosecutor from a case for any reason. That recent law allows them to basically toss any case they decide to toss.

Personally, I think Trump is signalling to the Georgia GOP Legislature in hopes they will act upon a recent law they passed allowing them to basically remove any Georgia prosecutor and shut-down any prosecution -- WITHOUT even providing a reason.

Likely, Georgia's supreme court won't even agree to hear Trump's petition. Personally , I think this is Trump signaling to the Ga GOP Legislature to enforce a more recent law they passed allowing them to basically remove any Georgia prosecutor from a case. Too bad they didn't file it with the judge in the case because it's not the first frivolous motions/petition they've filed with the judge, and he would likely sanction and fine his attorneys.
