Please make sure he knows that hundreds of thousands of Americans, if not a million in the next week, will read your comment, will learn of your Poppa's actions, and will most definitely, be very grateful to him and to you. I am thankful that Poppa and you have taken a stand in support of our country and for supporting my daughters and my new granddaughter. My daughter, son-in-law and I just spent 9 months stressing over whether there would be any complications with my daughter's pregnancy and what she would need to do if she was denied emergency treatment at a hospital. I know all soon-to-be parents have a little worry over whether there will be health problems during the pregnancy, but it's a fleeting concern that enters the mind a handful of times during the pregnancy. My daughter does some out of state travel for work, and her boss completely understood the concerns of her needing an ER trip while in certain states, and he kindly and supportively decided he would allow another colleague to go in my daughter's place to those states with "Heartbeat" laws.   2. ​ @ThirtyYearstoolate  I say give each candidate a set amount to spend, depending upon the race (POTUS, obviously needs more than a house rep) and have the federal gov't provide that funding, even if it means every tax filer must pay $2 per year. That funding should be distributed no more than 10 weeks before election day.
