@jorgecarrejo No, Kirschner has been telling us why he SHOULD be criminally indicted and prosecuted. It seems he's just as dumbfounded as the rest of us as to why Trump is still able to secure tee times.

@AndrewVelonis Kirschner has full knowledge of US Code 18, and I do believe he's as stunned as the rest of us are that Trump has not been indicted on a single, federal criminal charge.

Trump doesn't have enough lifetimes to be held fully accountable for the crimes against the people of our nation. Hell, we can't get a prosecutor in this country to indict him for even one crime. There are so many criminal actions that Trump has done that it boggles the mind that not it is he walking around free, he hasn't even been charged with a single criminal offense. That leaves me gob-smacked.

@poisonduckee Yes, those laws and protocols are in place, but Trump was not anyone's politicial opponent for the last two years... I think that MAGAs are currently employed at the DOJ, Homeland Security, FBI and virtually every governmental depart with an acronym.

While Kushner and others in the Trump administration may be criminally liable for negligence when it comes their purposeful mishandling of Covid and subsequent deaths, WHO is going to seek an indictment against them??

I don't think most Americans realize just how many more Covid deaths per capita the US had vs literally EVERY other nation on this planet, and half of all Americans don't care anyway.

I wonder if this is why DeSantis just announced his admin is pursuing criminal charges against manufacturers of the vaccine. The GOP is going after Fauci or trying to go after him. As long as the DeSantis is pointing his fingers at others, they're too busy to look at the deaths caused by DeSantis's negligence.
