  1. I think it's time to look at an additional check/balance on our executive branch, specifically the WH and DOJ. In just the last 5 decades, we've had two incidents of having a rogue potus and rogue AG working together: Nixon/Dean and Trump/Barr. Perhaps, it's not appropriate for the potus to nominate the AG (and SC Justices??). Some states have the voters elect the state AG, as well as, Justices.
