  1. I recall Michael Cohen filed a civil suit against Barr, Jeffrey Berman and the DOJ for putting him back in prison. Getting Barr under oath in a deposition was something that could have been very revealing. I haven't heard anything about this case in months. I'm beginning to wonder if there was a settlement by the DOJ.

  2. Our laws need amending to prevent felons from running, but we'd be asking the actual criminals to make that law.

  3.  @williamplatt1641  That's not true. Only if he's convicted of being involved in the 0lanning of J6 can he subsequently be barred from running under the 14th Amendment. Even if he's convicted of espionage in the doc's case, it can't be used to bar him from running or holding office.
