@Dejavux24 I don't know about you, but in Georgia, I actually fear Trumpers. I broke my foot and have been using Lyft/Uber often. I've been with a few drivers who were Trump followers, and I've been too fearful to say that I don't support Trump. The fear is for my physical safety. I haven't and won't put a campaign sign in my yard. EDIT: Looking at the thumbs up, I see that others agree and either understand and/or feel the same way. On one side, I hate that others have experienced the same as I have; However, it does bring some comfort knowing I am not alone.

I know some states. Including Georgia and Florida, have price gouging laws in effect. They were designed for when hurricanes hit, but it'd be interesting to know if they apply to this situation.

@Dejavux24 Your school/friends experience is very similar to mine, and I also "cleaned out my friends list". Some of the folks I went to high school with would likely be happy about literally any opportunity to bring their guns out in public. It's like their "itching" for any reason to bring their guns out.

@Dejavux24 What you said about "watching what you say around" Trumpers is VERY accurate, imho. It's frightening to me. In the past, I have supported a friend of mine who is a Georgia State senator, but declined the offer for a campaign sign and bumper sticker. I was actually in one of her campaign commercials ia few years ago, but I declined to do another this year for fear of people knowing I supported a Democrat. Isn't that just crazy? It's crazy that we actually have valid fears of others who have a different political viewpoint. The saying "Dont discuss politics or religion" has never been more valid than it is now. Thank you for your posts; At least, I'm not alone in my thinking.
