  6. ​ @kateflowers5719  In the case of Kaplan, I don't have a clue. But, for his fraud trial under Engoron and his criminal cases under Chutkan, I can only believe they don't want to give Trump any issue on which to appeal. That OR the constant barrage of threats from MAGA is having the desired effects. The Colorado judge even wrote about her, her family and staff receiving serious threats.
