  3. It's no different than if members of a county's board of commissioners were being investigated and they demanded the DA turn over the ongoing investigation info. Jim Jordan's committee can demand all they want, but if they sue when the DOJ refuses to give into them, no judge is going to rule in the committee's favor..... Unless, garland initially hands over even minimal information on an investigation and later refuses to provide more. Garland goes so overboard trying to appear non-partisan, that he appears partisan.
