  5. Those ten obstruction incidents from Mueller's report started hitting their 5 year time limit on Feb 14, 2022. It's been quite a bit of time since I read the report, but if I recall correctly, only two have not expired. However, they will next month. It's unlikely, but garland may have a sealed indictment.
