I think she did this on purpose, and it appears she believes he isn't eligible to be on the ballot. She made it quite easy for the appellate to overturn her decision. The Colorado appellate court is going to be just another stepping stone. Scotus will eventually decide Honestly, this is the absolute best ruling we could have hoped to have in order to get Trump declared ineligible.

  2. That Colorado judge (Wallace) was passing the buck. She knew her decision would be appealed, regardless of her decision. However, she did a good job to establish that he participated in the insurrection. This, making it easier for the appellate court to overturn her ruling. I think we all know this is going to end up being decided by the SCOTUS. Hers is the best ruling we could have had in order to eventually have Trump declared ineligible.
