Fortunately, she might stand as chance as a Democratic candidate in Mississippi since she's white, and I'm not trying to be hateful in any way. I'm saying that reasonable MS republicans, the never-trumpers, may consider voting for her and those voters will ignore identity politics. She also comes across as a non-politician -- a regular Mississippian who will actually work for her constituents. She's in a statewide races that isn't so affected by gerrymandering.

Make sure your fellow Mississippians know that gerrymandering have little effect on governor, US Senate and other statewide races!

@craycray127 They're attached to identity politics, but if anyone can break through identity politics in Mississippi, she certainly seems to be a great candidate to do it!
