  1. It will actually be a great thing if Cannon does rule in Trump's favor and allows an indefinite trial date. If she does that, it will make it a lot easier for Smith to appeal it AND ask for her to be replaced.

  2. ​ @johnwebster76 Anyone, literally ANYONE who wins the election for POTUS automatically receives a security clearance. Even worse, the potis can give a security clearance to ANYONE he chooses. That's how Jared and Ivanka ended up receiving their clearances. Kushner had to revise his application for clearance over 30 times and still couldn't pass. Trump ended up giving it to Jared. Crazy, right!!
