  5. ​ @Atheos-1  Gerrymandering by GOP legislatures. How many lawsuits have been filed because democratic state legislatures gerrymandered districts?? It's less than 5% of all lawsuits regarding maps.

  7. I dont know if it's a good idea to appeal the 5th Circuit's decision that only tbe DOJ can be cases regarding gerrymandered maps. The current SCOTUS is not making appropriate decisions. Most recently, they should have denied hearing Trump's immunity claim, esp after the DC Appellate wrote such a thorough ruling. It might ne a better idea to have the handful of states in the 5th District following the DPJ-only decision vs the entire country.
